REGISTRATION TICKETS: Please pray for everyone trying to buy tickets before the event sells out. Try to buy your Camporee tickets before December 31, 2008.
FANCY DRILL INSTRUCTORS NEEDED: Two instructors are needed, one fancy drill instructor to teach honors and another to teach other Pathfinder leader how to teach fancy drill to their clubs. More info: Josue Feliciano at josue4pr@gmail.com.
LOCKS OF LOVE: The CTS leadership is looking for someone to lead this daily activity. Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that cuts long hair to make wigs for cancer patients. If you are barber or a beautician, this is the perfect activity for you to lead. More info: www.locksoflove.org or email pastorron@andrews.edu.
SPECIAL EVENT/EXHIBITION: We are looking for a special event or exhibition that has a high spectator and participation value. If you have been part or know of such events, please email Denny Grady at dennyg@pcsda.org.
BAGPIPE PLAYERS NEEDED: We need bagpipe players as soon as possible for the nighttime program. More info: email Erin Hannah at hannahe@andrews.edu.
INVESTITURES: If you are interested in the Master Guide Investiture please visit the website and fill in the application.
ESTHER AUDITIONS EXTENDED DEADLINE: We are accepting auditions for the nightly drama at the 2009 International Pathfinder Camporee. Auditions for ALL parts are being accepted at this time. Send a DVD with a 60 second monologue and yourself singing the Star Spangled Banner. Submission deadline has been extended until January 5, 2009. For more info, click here.
2009 BIBLE PROJECT: Bring an English Bible and a dollar bill to cover shipping cost to help share the gospel to someone in another country. At the FOF Camporee, we collected 32,000 bibles (18,000 dollars in shipping). For more info, click here.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: There are bus transfers available to take you to Oshkosh from the nearby airports. The service fee ranges from $20-$35 each way. More info, click here or call Classic Travel at (805) 585-0090.

HOST CLUBS INFORMATION: If your club or conference is planning or would like to host an international group, please contact our new international coordinator, Glynis Bradfield at glynisb@andrews.edu.
GREATER NEW YORK CONFERENCE: Clubs with the conference youth director Jose Cortes Jr. are planning to host pathfinder clubs from Australia, Central Jamaica Conference and Dominican Republic. If your club wants to host an international club, please contact Glynis Bradfield at glynisb@andrews.edu.
TRANSLATION COORDINATOR: A coordinator is needed to organize all the translation services at the Camporee. If you are interested, please contact the Center for Youth Evangelism at cye@andrews.edu or call (800)YOUTH-2U.
CTS COMMITTEE MEETING: The CTS Committee Meetings will be held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina following the NAD Ministry Convention on January 22, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Dunes Ballroom of the Hilton Hotel. SOUTHERN UNION CONFERENCE: The Southern Union conference has adopted a school calendar which will start Tuesday, August 18 to allow all elementary and academy age Pathfinders to be present in Oshkosh for the CTS Camporee.

GREATER NEW YORK CONFERENCE: This conference youth director, Jose Cortes Jr., is marketing the Camporee by distributing letters to all club leaders encouraging them to attend Oshkosh next year and by doing a double distribution of CTS promotional DVDs.
ONSITE CAMPOREE TOUR: Event will be held April 28-29, 2009. Everyone is welcome. More info: Email Ron Whitehead at pastorron@andrews.edu.
FOOD CONCESSION VENDORS: Vendors are urgently needed. There is still plenty of space left. This is a great way to raise money for your Pathfinder Club. CONCESSION & EXHIBITORS: At the 2004 Faith on Fire Camporee, all 40,000 square feet in the concession/exhibit building was gone 6 months before the first day of the Camporee.
