10. INTERNATIONAL UPDATES

COUNTRIES REGISTERED: We have registered pathfinders coming from Rwanda, Germany, Bahamas, Venezuela, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, The Netherlands and United Kingdom, to name a few!

HOST CLUBS NEEDED: Could your club host a few international guests? Host clubs provide meals and tents - and gain wonderful new friends! If you're a small group, host 2-5. Larger clubs are hosting 10-40 guests. If you've already registered, but did not fill in the hosting option, email glynisb@andrews.edu how many guests you can host. If you have not yet registered, fill in YES to host, and the number you're welcoming. We need hosts for about 1,000 more guests. Please do this by February 15, so space allocations can be made in March that include space for your guests.

INTERNATIONAL GUESTS - EMAIL IF YOU NEED TO BE HOSTED: Please email glynisb@andrews.edu if your international group would like to be hosted. This information was often left out on the registration forms. Host clubs provide tents and meals. International guests get themselves to Camporee with their personal items including bedding (eg. sleeping bag and mat). If we do NOT hear from you by February 15, 2009, we will assume you will be arranging your own accommodation and meals while at Camporee. If you would like to camp independently, we still need to hear from you; to be sure you are allocated camping space.

COMPLETE REGISTRATION BEFORE MARCH 1: In March, the camp layout will be made. If you haven't completed registration yet, please do so before the March 1 deadline. We want to be sure your group is allocated their fair share of space.
