INTERNATIONAL CLUBS: If your international group would like to be hosted, please register by March 1 or at least email glynisb@andrews.edu with an update on your status. Camp planners need to map out space for all groups, so we need to set up hosting arrangements early March. It also helps us if your group leader emails glynisb@andrews.edu a list of all group members including their gender and whether they’re Pathfinder or staff/adult, so we can find the best host for your specific group dynamic.

NAD HOSTING CLUBS: We’re building a list of Who’s Hosting Who. If your NAD club has been communicating directly with an international group, please email glynisb@andrews.edu a short report listing guest country, group leader name and email, and expected group size. We’ll follow their registration, and make sure you’re listed as their host. Refunds are possible with documentation of visa denial, so please urge them to complete registration by March 1, so we can assign your club the space you’ll need with the guests.

Watch for Who’s Hosting Who in the next newsletter and on our website.
Information for international guests is all online.
