THE 2009 CTS CAMPOREE IS SOLD OUT!
AVAILABLE TICKETS: The only tickets available are volunteer tickets or day passes. If you would like to help by volunteering 5 hours per day (25 hours min), click here to download your application. The international and national total will continue to increase on the website until we have all the volunteers we need in place.
RESELLING TICKETS: If you would like to trade, resell or exchange tickets, contact your conference youth director or feel free to use the CTS Facebook group to post your information or find available tickets. You can browse all the information but will need to create a Facebook account to post your details.
CTS PARTICIPANTS: Continue to pray for God's blessings for each of the camporee participants as they prepare and finish their planning to come to this historic youth gathering. We need the Holy Spirit.
HONORS UPDATE: If you are interested in teaching a new honor, the deadline has been extended until May 6th. More info: Marlyn Doering at impathfinders@yahoo.com or call (757) 440-3757.
DRILL AND DRUM CORP: The deadline has been extended to May 29th for those wishing to participate in the Drill and Drum Corp portion of the Camporee. Complete the application form on our website. For more info, contact Joel Hutchins at thsldu@comcast.net or call (301) 802-4326.

ROCKS AND MINERALS HONOR: The Oregon Conference needs 12 clubs to bring rocks from their state or country to CTS. More info: Rod Bardell, Pathfinder Coordinator, 38887 Mt. Home Dr., Lebanon, OR 97355 or rodanntreesrus@iinet.com. Send a postcard or email with your name, club, address and rock type.
BOATS WITH DRIVERS NEEDED: If you can help take young people out in inner tubes, contact Bill Wood at bwood@atlanticunion.org or call (978) 368-4198.
MORDECAI ACTOR NEEDED: Calling all wiser generation pathfinders! We are seeking one male actor 50+ years of age that could help portray the character of Mordecai. This person would need to be available July 21st through August 17th. Please send us your DVD or YouTube link with a 60 second monologue, preferably showing both a serious and funny side. THEME SONG UPDATE: Last week you narrowed the selection down to two songs. As of this morning April 10th, the votes have come in and the final themes song is Courage to Stand by Emily Beth Bond. Thanks to the 700+ voters who took the time to email their preferences and reasoning. We look forward to seeing you at Oshkosh.
ICE: Blocked and crushed ice will be available at the Big Red Barn starting Monday August 10th at noon. Be sure to bring a "little red wagon" to hall the bags of ice back to your campground.
6. SECURITY / TRANSPORTATION / MEDICAL

MEDICAL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: If you are or know of a paramedic, nurse or other medical staff who will be willing to use his/her expertise during the Camporee, please contact Pam Krueger at kregfam@charter.net.
CTS NEWSPAPER IDEAS: If you have any ideas or stories you will like to see in our daily onsite CTS newspaper at the Camporee, contact Keri Suarez or Pat Spangler at pr@andrews.edu.
HOTEL INFORMATION: If you have been unable to find hotels in Oshkosh, for those who are staying offsite during the Camporee, due to either pricing or hotels being sold out, there are hotels located in the surrounding areas, only 20-30 minutes from Oshkosh. Look for hotels in Neenah, Menasha and Fond du Lac. Safe journeys as you travel!
LETTER TO PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Click here to find a letter that can be presented to Public School administration to inform them of the Camporee and request an excused absent.
NAD HOSTING CLUBS: If you are planning to host international guests, check that your club name is listed on Who's Hosting Who. Thanks for helping us keep this online report complete and accurate. More info: Glynis Bradfield at glynisb@andrews.edu.
VISA APPLICATIONS: Once registration is confirmed by email, you may request a letter of confirmation on Camporee letterhead be emailed to you; this is not a letter of invitation. We've created a letter providing background information about Pathfindering, the Adventist church, and this event. You may wish to download, print, and present this with your visa application.

INTERNATIONAL LEADERS: All international group leaders are invited to a lunch reception on Tuesday, August 11, at 11:00 a.m., in the EAA Museum (downstairs section). Please RSVP by email to international@camporee.org by May 15, 2009, if you are a division, union, conference youth leader or club/group leader and plan to attend this reception and information meeting.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: Are you looking for a way to get involved at the 2009 International Camporee? There are volunteers needed in the areas of aviation activities, disc golf and puppet training workshops. Please view our listings online. LOCKS OF LOVE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that cuts long hair to make wigs for cancer patients. If you are or know of a beautician/barber who would like to use their skills for this great cause, contact Latoya Wolfe at wolfel@andrews.edu or call (269) 471-8353.
EAA CAMPGROUND TOUR: Everyone is welcome to come on Tuesday, April 28, to Oshkosh and receive a personal tour of the EAA/CTS campground and meet the CTS Leadership Team. For free lunch and supper, please RSVP to Rebecca Cross by April 20. For more info, click here.
KELLOGG'S FOOD ORDER: The food order forms from Kellogg's are available on our website. Log into your Camporee account and click on "Purchase Camporee Food".
