  • Please Note: All Medical Volunteers must possess the credentials required to serve in their position, anyone who does not hold the required credentials will be asked to step down.

  • *On-site water and electric hookups are for full time volunteers in the volunteer village, but not guaranteed. They are first come, first serve.

  • Volunteer Opportunities

    • Assist people as they register at the Registration Building.

    • Assist in the children's village. This may include Praise Team, skits, special features and setup

    • Assess, diagnose, and treat a multitude of medical illnesses and injuries. Staff the medical building 24/7 starting on Sunday before Camporee and going through Sunday morning at the end of Camporee.

    • Triage, assess patients, bandage wounds, administer Rx under direction of MD, assist MD with patient care.

    • Assess, diagnose, and treat a multitude of medical illnesses and injuries. Staff the medical building 24/7 starting on Sunday before Camporee and going through Sunday morning at the end of camporee.

    • Assist in the medical building as needed; roam the grounds 0800 - 2300; respond to scene as needed; provide medical support during day time activities.

    • Unlicensed medical personnel to transport non-emergent patients to the local Urgent care, hospital, dentist, and/or pharmacy as directed by the medical staff. Must possess a valid drivers license and be a "people person".

    • Provide emotional and spiritual support to the staff, patients, and others who seek treatment in the medical building.

    • Answer questions, give directions, know how to use iPad, good communication skills, bi-lingual helpful but not necessary.

    • Clear speaking voice, will interview campers, exhibitors, dignitaries, etc.

    • Must have good communication skills and experience with Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, or Facebook.

    • Set up and tear down mobile PA units for events around the camporee. Previous sound & PA experience preferred.

    • Help WIFI coordinator establish WIFI connections around the camporee grounds & trouble shoot problems. WIFI experience needed.

    • Assist with filming and interviewing activity leaders throughout the camporee grounds. Video experience preferred.

    • Assist people with lost & found items. Label, sort, catalog items.

    • Assist Coordinator by accepting outgoing mail & selling post cards.

    • Experience with radio communication and need to broadcast after the approval from the supervisor.

    • Secure the gates into Camporee grounds with your presence.

    • Need sworn or experienced local police, federal, probation or state police.

    • Answer the telephones from the 911 operators and campers calling in. Log in all phone calls.

    • Be at the front Safety office window to take reports and answer questions.

    • Volunteer will work with facilities team on charging stations and WIFI buildings

    • Team will help to checkout and maintain golf carts and fueling.

    • Green team will help to make sure all trash on grounds is picked up and facilities are clean

    • Volunteer must have experience and be certified in heavy equipment such as Lulls, Bobcats, Forklifts, etc.

    • Help set-up and maintain area around Talent stage for cleanliness.
