Food Concessions Field Assistant – Assists the Concessions Coordinator with the day-to-day field operations to ensure the cleanliness of grounds and safety for guests. Responsible for picking up trash while cleaning and disinfecting picnic tables. View volunteer job description.

Daytime Off-site Activities

Grand Central Bus Station Volunteer Tuesday 11:30am -6:00pm Wednesday- Friday 7:30am – 6:00pm.
Assist staff the Grand Central Bus Station. Bus volunteers will be assigned to manning gates, checking wristbands for appropriate ages, directing pathfinders to the correct gate and coral and more.
Volunteers are responsible for their own ticket, meals and transportation
Tent and RV lodging spots are available in the volunteer camping area.

Daytime On-site Activities

Daytime Activity Facilitators – Run activities, pick up trash, move tables, and various other duties as assigned.

Daily Onsite Parade (DOP) Volunteers -
Wednesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Sabbath Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Volunteers play a key role in supporting the organization and flow of the Daily Onsite Parade (DOP). Responsibilities include setting up and organizing signage, directing clubs and conferences to their designated locations, and remaining available to answer questions and provide guidance. Volunteers will help manage parade movement by alerting groups when to move or remain in place, pointing out informational signage, and assisting with smooth entry and exit procedures. Additional duties include supporting Green Room setup, guiding on/off-stage guests, and collecting and storing all signage for future use.
