Ticket Refunds & Transfers

All Camporee tickets are non-refundable. CYE and the International Camporee do not transfer or resell tickets. However, Pathfinders and staff can transfer their tickets by selling them to another person or club. Resales are the responsibility of each ticket holder. Download our ticket resale guidelines here.

In the case of a global pandemic, the International Camporee will be postponed and purchased tickets will be valid for the next Camporee but not refunded.

North American Division Clubs

If you live in the United States, Canada,  St. Pierre and Miquelon, Bermuda, Guam, Wake Island, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Marshall Islands, or the Federated States of Micronesia, you will need to purchase a North American Division ticket. NAD tickets must be purchased through a club director in order to ensure that each attendee is approved by their club director and has a background check. If you are a club director, please select the “Get Tickets” button to get started by creating a new account. Please DO NOT USE a personal email address to register; instead use an official club email address.

General Conference, North American Division, Union, Conference Staff

All General Conference, North American Division, Union, and Conference staff and employees will need to contact their youth department office and register under the youth department account unless they are camping with a club. This includes area coordinators and teachers.

All International staff will purchase a ticket through the International portal.

International Guests

If your country is not included in the list of North American Division countries above, you will need to purchase an international ticket. International tickets are sold individually with the approval of your local Adventist church or regional youth leader.

MORE INFORMATION for international guests

Do you have a U.S. visa? Get it before registering.

Every person from a country requiring a U.S. visa should have a current U.S. visa before registering for the Camporee. Apply as early as possible. No ticket refunds or resales are possible with visa denials, so please do not register until a visa is granted.


Day Passes

Each union (and then conference) was given a percentage of the 1000 total days passes based on the how many tickets their union had purchased from the total 55,000 Camporee tickets.

Cost: $85.00 Day Pass (ages 4+)

Breakdown of the Day Pass tickets for the Unions:

  • Atlantic Union: 92
  • Canada: 68
  • Columbia Union: 125
  • Lake Union: 93
  • Mid America Union: 61
  • North Pacific Union: 72
  • Pacific Union: 137
  • Southern Union: 212
  • Southwestern Union: 142

For a total of 1002 day passes.
