International Group hosting

The International Pathfinder Camporee seeks to provide a unique Christian experience for all Pathfinder Club members in the world, and we believe that hospitality extended by local Pathfinder Clubs is a very important aspect of this. “Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.” Hebrews 13:2

A Host Club is an NAD Pathfinder Club that commits to providing food and tents at no cost, for a group of international guests from Tuesday evening supper, August 6, 2024, through Sunday morning breakfast, August 11, 2024.

International participants who choose to be hosted by a Host Club or Conference will be responsible for their own bedding, towels, soap, clothing, and other personal items. International guests are also responsible for all travel expenses to and from the Camporee, visas, and any shopping or other travel while in the USA.

Hosted guests will camp with their Host Club, within the North American Division area, organized by Conferences within Unions.

Once you have connected with your host, we encourage you to clarify expectations and prepare to help each other make the Camporee a life-shaping experience for each member.

If you are a NAD Club Director (or its designee), and your Club is planning to host an international group, providing free meals, and lending them tents and camping space, please click HERE.
