Adult Staff Recognition Form – Please fill out the form with your information and your total years of Youth Ministry (Adventurers, Pathfinders, TLT, Youth, Young Adult) as of August 2024. All volunteers and paid Club Ministries individuals are requested to fill out the form.

Employee Absence Letter – Pathfinder staff members may need a letter to their employer asking for an excused absence so they can attend the Camporee. We have provided a Camporee letter for you.

Honors, Activities, & Special Interest Form – apply to offer an activity or honor

Master Guide Investiture Registration Form – For those MGs who wish to be pinned at the Camporee and were approved by their Conference.

NAD Education Building Exhibit Form – Creation Station – NAD Schools and NAD Education entities apply to be housed in The Creation Station (Energy Hall) building.

Pathfinder Memorial Form – The Camporee Daily Newspaper, ‘Pathfinder Today’, will honor the memory of people involved with Pathfinders who have passed away in the past five years with a special feature.

2- way Radio Rental Form – Radios will only be issued to Conference/Union Youth Directors or those authorized by the International Camporee.

RV Form – You must fill out this form if you are NOT camping in a club camping space, conference, or Union area.

School Absence Letter – Your Pathfinder may need a letter to their school asking for an excused absence so they can attend the Camporee. We have provided a Camporee letter for you.
