Persons with Physical Disabilities
Those needing extra help to move about the Camporee grounds should contact their local conference youth director, who have access to golf carts. Persons with physical disabilities are permitted to bring a one-seat personal electric convenience scooter, as long as it is designed for use by a single person and is used in this way.

Please contact the Physical Disabilities Coordinator with any questions.
Medical Breathing Devices (CPAP)
At each Camporee there are individuals that use special breathing machines while they sleep. We are suggesting you bring your own power source such as a battery pack breathing unit, as there is no special camping area just for breathing machines. A large percentage of the campground has electrical power outlets in camping areas.
Anyone with this type of need should contact Vern Byrd for possible accommodations. If prior accommodations are not made, you will have to make your own arrangements to stay at a local hotel.
Services Not Provided

Reusable Camping Equipment & Leftover Food Items
If you have attended past camporees, you may have seen a large number of tents, chairs, sleeping bags, etc., in or near the dumpsters at the end of the event. We are changing that this year!
Many clubs will pre-order and pick up their camping gear in Gillette, WY, and they are unable to take it with them when they return home, because they may be flying, for instance, or for other reasons. If your club is planning to leave items behind, please consider donating it by placing it in one of the Donation Trailers, which will be located at each Union exit from their camping area.
Hours of operation:
Tuesday-Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm
Sabbath 2:00pm – 12:00am midnight

Ice Sales
Keep the refrigerated food in your camp colder than 41 degrees at all time. Restock the ice frequently and use a thermometer to make sure it is staying cold. If it becomes warm, bacteria will begin to grow and multiply and you will get sick as a result of eating it. This precaution applies to cut fruits such as melon as well.
Location: View the Camporee map for locations.
Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday evening 9:00pm – 10:00pm – Only at the Food Court location.
Ice pricing: Cash Only!
16 lb bag Crushed ice – $4.00 per bag
Need help, contact Mike & Kathy Rowe, Ice Sales Coordinators
Charging Stations
Conferences should provide their own charging stations within their conference campground headquarters. Bring a quiet running generator and long power strips to provide charging stations for your Pathfinders and staff to charge their cell phones, etc. Have this located at your conference headquarters. Keep in mind those camping around the charging station and use a quiet generator.
